Welcome to Skolo. By creating an account or downloading the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who we are
Skolo is a family productivity service operated by Cognifai Ltd. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Cognifai Ltd. References to "you" mean the parent or guardian using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Skolo.
3. Your account
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use Skolo for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or probe the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of anything you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service (extracting events, sending reminders, syncing your calendar).
6. Early access
Skolo is currently in early access. Features may change, break or be removed. We'll communicate significant changes in advance where possible.
7. Fees
Skolo is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, current users will be notified clearly before any charges apply.
8. Third-party services
Skolo may connect to third-party services (e.g. Gmail). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Termination
You can stop using Skolo at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Disclaimers
Skolo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard on accuracy but you remain responsible for verifying important dates and details.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skolo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed events, reminders or third-party service failures.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
