  • Yes. Skolo only ever sees the text you paste or photos you share. We don't connect to your email, WhatsApp or any messaging app. Your data is encrypted at rest, never sold, and can be deleted entirely from Settings.
  • Anything with a date in it — WhatsApp messages, iMessage threads, school emails, club newsletters, SMS texts, or any other text. Skolo also accepts photos of letters and PDF attachments. If it has a date, Skolo will find it.
  • Any school, nursery, club or activity. If they send messages by WhatsApp, email, text, letter or newsletter — Skolo can read it. It works with ParentMail, ClassDojo, Arbor, Seesaw and every other platform, because you're just pasting the text.
  • Very. Skolo shows you a preview of every event it finds before saving. Nothing is added without your approval, so you're always in control.
  • Yes, with Skolo Pro. Add a profile per child and each event links to the right one — so the dashboard stays clean even with three kids in three clubs.
